We’re on a mission to revolutionize the dried fruits and snacking shelves globally. Our products are sold in 40+ countries and 40,000+ stores under the brands True Dates, True Gum, and True Mints. And now, we’re looking for a hands-on Machinery Technician to help us keep growing.
Your Role
Do you like making production lines run smoothly? Are you curious, solutions-oriented, and always ready to get your hands dirty when something needs fixing? Then read on.
As our in-house machinery technician, you’ll work on a growing park of food production machinery – from chewing gum and mints to flavored dates and warehousing lines. You will not be alone on this journey as you'll be supported by a collaborative production team and external specialists when needed.
Your main responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure spare parts inventory and readiness
- Troubleshoot and repair issues across production lines
- Train operators in self-troubleshooting
- Support installation of new equipment and upgrades
- Collaborate with external specialists on technical upgrades
- Contribute to general facility improvements
- Master the machines operational workflow
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical background with hands-on maintenance experience
- Solution-driven, practical mindset
- Fluent in English (Danish not required)
- Experience with food machinery like extruders, mixers, packaging lines, or coating pans is a plus – not a must
