At our Frederikssund location, we focus on customer fulfillment and support across EMEA, and we’re now looking for a new Customer Support Coordinator to join our team.

Your Role

As our new Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are processed smoothly from entry to delivery. You will be the vital link between customers, production, logistics, and sales, working closely with internal stakeholders across Europe, the U.S., Australia, and Thailand. This is a hands-on position with room to influence, improve, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage order fulfillment and communication with OEM and aftermarket customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement of customer support processes and systems.
  • Act as internal key account manager, coordinating everything from order intake to shipment.
  • Monitor inventory and delivery timelines in collaboration with production and logistics.
  • Support the sales forecasting process and deliver relevant reporting and insights.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Sales, Production, Planning, and more.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing or with physical product flows.
  • A structured, analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Comfort with ERP systems (experience with C5, QES2 or similar is an advantage).
  • Fluency in Danish and English – German is a plus.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to step out of your comfort zone.
  • Interest in product knowledge and a customer-centric mindset.
