Content Specialist – Maternity Cover 12 months
European Sperm Bank is looking for a Content Specialist to join our Growth & Marketing team. In this role, you'll create content that drives performance across our digital platforms — from websites and email to social media and paid media. With a strong focus on SEO, conversion, and brand consistency, you’ll help shape messaging that resonates with our audiences and supports our commercial goals.
You’ll work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Digital, and Corporate Communications to align content with broader strategy and ensure every piece contributes to a seamless customer journey. Using performance insights and keyword data, you’ll continuously refine your content to improve results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and optimizing SEO-driven content across digital channels
- Writing clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging and UX
- Monitoring performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjusting based on insights
- Supporting campaign execution through the content calendar
- Upholding and evolving the brand’s tone of voice across all touchpoints
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years’ experience in content creation or copywriting, ideally in an eCommerce or digital-first setting
- Proven ability to write content that performs — both for SEO and conversion
- A strong grasp of digital customer journeys and eCommerce strategy
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco) and social tools (e.g., Sprout Social) is a plus
- Fluent in English with excellent writing skills.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or similar
