We are looking for a Technical Writer, validation and documentation

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are experiencing increased demand from our clients for structured, high-quality documentation. That’s why we’re expanding our team with a Technical Writer who can ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance across project documentation.

You’ll be working closely with our existing Technical Writer, so you’ll always have a sparring partner who shares your passion for structure, standards, and great documentation.

YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

• Planning and maintaining documentation for ongoing projects
• Structuring and developing technical documentation such as software design descriptions (SDS), interface definitions (IFA), event lists, test plans, and RTMs (requirement traceability matrices) based on specification documents
• Performing quality assurance and validation across documentation packages
• Developing and maintaining documentation templates and processes
• Participating in design and clarification meetings internally and with clients
• Presenting documentation during FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test)

This is a varied and hands-on role with great potential to shape your own work and responsibilities.

WHO ARE YOU?

There are many ways into this role. What matters most is that you have a strong technical understanding and a passion for documentation. You might come from a background in engineering, automation technology, technical assistance – or something entirely different.

You have experience with technical documentation, preferably from automation projects or regulated industries such as pharma or similar.
You are familiar with standard documentation frameworks. At Technicon, for example, we work with GAMP 5 and ISO standards.

You work in a structured and methodical way and can keep track of tasks and details, even when you're involved in several projects at once.
You communicate clearly and precisely in both Danish and English.

You enjoy diving into documentation and find satisfaction in organizing information and making it easy to understand. You thrive when things are well-structured, polished, and thorough.
