Administrative Assistant - gap year role

Your impact

Are you ending high-school and looking for a gap year-job right now or after summer, and are you serviceminded, dependable and with a good grasp of numbers? Then we might be looking for you. In our Operations department, we are handling all matters related to customer service, contracts and fleet handling. As part of that, we are looking for Administrative Assistants to support backoffice tasks like invoice processing, data entry, follow-up internally and externally on open points.

You will work from our Copenhagen (Nordhavn) office but collaborate remotely with colleagues placed in our various markets.

Skills, experiences and bagground

  • A high degree of self-motivation and a proactive attitude
  • Able to take ownership and get things done
  • Service minded taking a challenge with a smile on your face
  • Able to commit to a full-time job until summer 2026. You are possibly taking a gap year after high school

We will provide onboarding training and you will work alongside peers who know the work.
