The Role
We are looking for a Country Manager that will be responsible for developing and executing strategy and action plans aligned with the company's vision and scaling the Danish operations. This includes building a high-performance team, shaping a healthy and purpose-driven culture, and ensuring operational and commercial excellence.
This is hands-on leadership, a key role with a strong strategic dimension that will play a central role in positioning the brand in the local market.
You’ll ensure that the business operates with high quality, efficiency, and strong local relevance.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and leading the Danish team
- Ensuring operational and commercial execution
- Full P&L responsibility for the Danish business
- Developing local partnerships and stakeholder relationships
- Leading with a strong focus on values, people, and performance
- Coach and mentor managers under direct supervision, providing continuous guidance and support
- Part of the Nordic Group Management team
We are looking for someone who...
- Has proven leadership experience, ideally in scaling or establishing operations
- Comes from the service, contracting, installation or infrastructure industry – sewer, waste management, construction, or similar
- Has experience from blue collar environment/culture
- Are both strategically minded and execution-oriented
- Has a natural ability to lead, create structure, and inspire followership
- Thrives in a role where you’ll both lead and be hands-on during the early phase
- Speaks and writes fluently in Danish and English
