Junior Digital Specialist

Are you curious about digital operations and eager to grow your skills in a meaningful company?
We're looking for a Junior Digital Specialist to join the Digital Team at European Sperm Bank.
This is a hands-on role where you'll support the daily operations of our websites and digital tools — from testing new features and updating content, to managing translation workflows and helping colleagues with digital tasks.
You don’t need years of experience — just curiosity, structure, and a willingness to learn.
What you'll be doing
- Test new features and help ensure smooth digital rollouts
- Create and update website content in our CMS (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!)
- Support our translation processes and keep multilingual content accurate and up to date
- Handle first-line support requests and assist with basic Jira management
- Coordinate input and feedback from across the organisation
- Work closely with our CRO specialist and digital leads on day-to-day projects
You’ll thrive in this role if you…
- Are organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Feel comfortable juggling different tools and tasks
- Enjoy supporting others and ensuring things run smoothly
- Communicate fluently in English (Danish is a plus)
- Have some experience with CMS platforms, Jira or digital tools — or are ready to learn fast
