
Order handling, logistics and contract administration specialist
We are a Danish company that develops unique collaborative robots for a wide range of applications. Since 2022, we are part of Bosch Rexroth, a leading worldwide automation company in the Bosch Group.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for order handling, including order confirmations, daily scheduling and distribution of goods in close collaboration with our partners
- Work closely with freight forwarders, logistics companies and customs authorities
- Engage in correspondence with global customers
- Review supplier and business partner contracts
- Make improvement suggestions for order processes both in material and information flow
- Work closely with sales, finance and operations teams
Your profile:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics or a related field.
- > 2 years experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Knowledge of logistics and customs compliance processes.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
- Solid understanding of material and information flow processes, ideally on both customer and supplier side, and quality management systems.
- Fluent in English (Danish is a plus).
- Hands-on mindset, strong sense of ownership, and ability to collaborate across departments.
