VIA equity is looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join our team in Copenhagen

As an Investor Relations Manager you will be an integral part of the fundraising process in VIA. In cooperation with our Managing Partner and Chairman, you will be responsible for maintaining our current investor partnerships in Denmark and internationally, as well as proactively identifying potential new investors.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Responding to investor inquiries and engage with existing and potential investors in ongoing dialogue, incl. building and maintaining a CRM database
- Project management during fundraising periods and assisting in the creation of marketing material in cooperation with relevant internal colleagues and external advisors
- Identifying new investors through proactive dialogue and investor conferences, in Denmark and abroad
- Producing relevant content for newsletter to investors
- Preparing and managing content and agenda for our Annual Investor Meeting
- Creating and maintaining external presentation material
PROFILE
The ideal candidate can work independently as well as in collaboration with others and appreciates an informal working environment.
Working languages are Scandinavian and English, hence having business level proficiency in English and “Scandinavian” (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) is mandatory.
Relevant candidates will have an academic background in finance, communications, economics, or similar.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate has previous experience from the private equity industry, strong communication skills, and is comfortable speaking in public and being the “face of VIA”.
Prior experience with fundraising is valued, but not paramount.
