Produktion Technologist

Role Overview
As a Production Technologist at HARCO, you will be the technical link between product design and manufacturing, ensuring seamless production processes from prototype through to final output. You’ll play a key role in process optimization, product quality, and technical documentation, helping us scale with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of efficient production processes
- Translate design specifications into actionable manufacturing instructions
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend technical solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, design, and quality assurance
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and safety protocols
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- Degree in Production Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- A crafts background is seen as an advantage and it is a requirement to be able to draw in Inventor
- Solid understanding of production processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with relevant software tools (e.g., CAD, ERP/MRP systems, Excel)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
