
PTA Process Engineer – Join Clayton Power's Innovative Team!
As a PTA Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in establishing and optimizing production processes and tools for the assembly and handling of our products. You will also be responsible for setting production standards to guide assembly planning, stock management, and production flow.
Acting as the vital link between
R&D, Production, and Procurement, you will ensure a stable and high-quality production environment where safety is always prioritized. Additionally, you will drive the development and optimization of production processes for existing products while preparing for the launch and scale-up of new products.
Key responsibilities
- Lead production preparation, testing, and training for new tasks, products, and systems related to production, delivery, and returns.
- Serve as the primary contact for New Product Introduction (NPI) in the production environment.
- Ensure the preparation and continuous update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
- Design and develop production flow layouts, including workplace setup and optimization.
- Identify the need for new or adapted technologies, managing production technology projects and operational improvement projects.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to update and maintain production norms and standards.
Your profile
- A technical education within electronics, BSc in Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with technical documentation.
- A solid understanding of electrical and mechanical hardware.
- Solution-oriented, with a strong drive to create value for both production and the company.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
