Senior Manager, Production & Supply Chain

About the job:

As Senior Manager, Production & Supply Chain, you will be responsible for Purchase, Logistics and Production, leading the full supply chain from directing sourcing, over production to warehousing and in- and outbound transportation. All to ensure the delivery of high-quality and cost-efficient fueling stations to our customers.

One of your key tasks will be to bring our Production & Supply Chain up to the next level of efficiency through a well-defined basis of the full Supply Chain preparing the step up for a lean and scalable production.

You will lead the way by

  • ensuring efficiency in our workflows with continued improvements in safety work, product quality, cost reduction and timely delivery on customer commitment.
  • Aligning manufacturing processes based on well-defined routing and documentation.
  • interfacing with suppliers on strategic discussions and negotiations for partnership and pricing.

You will report to the COO and manage a team of highly qualified colleagues specializing in each of their areas of expertise.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization – especially QHSE, Sales, R&D, and Project Management – and maintain strong external supplier relationships.

Professional experience:

You are an ambitious and resourceful leader who has the experience and skillset to bring our Production & Supply Chain to the next level of efficiency. You come with a minimum of 3 years of experience within Production & Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing or similar in a leading position.

You are a strong communicator and have excellent collaboration skills facilitating a strong teamwork and inspiring the organisation to take ownership and responsibility for getting tasks executed with high quality and within the committed timelines.

Strong communication skills are a must, and you are fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken.

You are familiar with ERP systems.

Preferably you have graduated in Engineering at master level.
