Struers is a global company with a strong heritage, a large product portfolio within metallographic preparation, and, most importantly, highly skilled and motivated colleagues.

At our headquarters in Ballerup, you will join a specialised team of 4 Application Specialists, who work in the laboratory and executes the courses that you plan. Though based here, you will work cross-organisationally with stakeholders, customers and collaboration partners on all levels.

Coordination, communication and execution

You will become the central figure in coordinating and delivering commercial training activities at our headquarters, along with other activities and events.

Among other things, you will:

  • Coordinate and execute customer and internal training courses – from invitations to physical setup and material preparation
  • Handle all logistics around international guest visits, including accommodation, catering, meeting rooms, and name tags
  • Communicate directly with sales colleagues and customers across the globe in a structured, service-minded way
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks – prepare presentations, work in Excel, look at system updates or handle other smaller or larger tasks in between course coordination

This position is 30 hours per week – we will plan your specific working hours together.

We are furthermore imagining that you:

  • Have experience with coordination, administration or customer support – or is ready to step into it
  • Work independently, follow through on tasks and see the value in even the smallest of details
  • Speak and write English effortlessly – Danish is not a requirement
  • Enjoy communicating with people from different cultures and levels in an organisation
  • Like to support a team and take responsibility for delivering a high-quality experience for customers and colleagues alike
