Client Care Assistant

YOUR TASKS

Your responsibility is to handle administrative tasks for our Client Care Team. These tasks include sending compliant documentation to clinics, helping clients to find the right donor, handling orders and shipment requests and support our System Specialist with back office tasks, such as testing processes, creating overviews of repetitive tasks, investigating possibilities for optimising or automating tasks or processes and writing guidelines to handling said processes.

You assist the clients both on email, phone and chat whenever needed.

THE TEAM YOU WILL BE PART OF

You will be part of our international sales team based in Copenhagen and work closely with your dedicated colleagues to ensure timely and competent communication with clients and the clinics, where they are to be treated.

YOUR PROFILE

You enjoy being part of a friendly, fast-paced and international work environment and always focusing on meeting customer expectations and delivering at a high standard.

You are used to working with administrative tasks, can work independently and think outside of the box in relation to repetitive processes.

On a personal note, you’re warm and welcoming adapting your communication to suit different customer and clients' needs. You work in a systematic, methodical way by following quality procedures.

You speak and write English fluently. Should you speak another language as well, consider it a relevant bonus.
