ProBiotix Health is a life sciences company listed on the London-based AQUIS Growth Market, with operations in both the United Kingdom and Denmark. We develop probiotic product solutions to support cardiometabolic health, with a long-term strategy to become a leading provider of preventive microbiome-based solutions for healthy ageing.

Your role: Shape the future of probiotic product innovation
As Product Manager at ProBiotix, you’ll be the vital link between strategy and execution — the “spider in the web” — turning our commercial strategy into actionable goals. You’ll play a pivotal role in product development, documentation, and lifecycle management, leading initiatives that combine scientific insight, creativity, and commercial drive.
This is your chance to take full ownership of the product journey — from documentation and compliance to concept development and customized client solutions. You'll work closely with internal teams, external research partners, and global customers to ensure our products lead the market in innovation, quality, and clinical validation.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of products, including documentation and regulatory compliance
- Drive product development strategies aligned with overall company objectives
- Develop and launch new product concepts in collaboration with marketing and manufacturing partners
- Coordinate clinical strategies and activities with internal and external R&D stakeholders
- Lead customer-specific product development projects from idea to finished product
- Provide technical support and deliver compelling product presentations to customers

What you bring
- A technical or scientific degree (BSc/MSc) in a relevant field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in product management — preferably within dietary supplements, food, medical devices, or chemical/technical B2B products
- Experience working across international markets and collaborative environments
- Full professional fluency in English and Danish (additional languages are a plus)
