Cook – Italian Cuisine (Tivoli Food Hall)

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a qualified Cook specializing in Italian cuisine, with a minimum of 3 years of professional kitchen experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook traditional Italian dishes, with a focus on quality and presentation
  • Prepare fresh pasta daily
  • Prepare sauces using only fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in Italian cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Italian recipes and cooking techniques
  • Experience in making fresh pasta is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Reliability, professionalism, and passion for authentic Italian food

Workplace:

The kitchen is located inside Tivoli Food Hall.
