Solution Consultant

We’re looking for a Solution Consultant who thrives on making a tangible impact both for our customers and our team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to project implementation. The Solution Consultant will collaborate closely with sales, product, and Customer Engagement to design tailored SameSystem setups for clients, manage communication flow with the Product department, and ensure feedback loops are consistent and actionable.

This is a newly established role, and the right person will have the opportunity to drive change and make a real impact in how we work.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solution Design

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, business processes, and pain points.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements and propose tailored SameSystem solutions.
  • Design and document customized SameSystem setups that align with client objectives and technical constraints.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of SameSystem.

Customer Engagement collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between clients, the sales team, and the Customer Success department to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Provide detailed documentation of designed solutions for implementation teams.
  • Support the handover process by addressing technical or business-related queries during onboarding.
  • Monitor the initial phases of implementation to ensure alignment with proposed solutions.

Product Advocacy

  • Maintain consistent two-way communication with the Product department by gathering client feedback on features and sharing updates on product developments.
  • Advocate for client needs within the Product team to influence future product features and strategies.
  • Provide use cases for new features to enhance product relevance and adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or a similar role within SaaS or workforce management software.
  • Strong ability to analyze client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Be a self-starter who makes things happen and isn’t afraid of sharing ideas. Execution is key.
  • Knowledge of retail or hospitality industries is a plus.
  • This is a position that supports global operations, so fluency in English and either Danish or German is a requirement. Fluency in any of the following languages from our key markets is a plus: Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Spanish.
  • A valid work permit in Denmark.
