Compliance Officer, Service Level Agreement (SLA) Manager - Governance, Policies & Training, Group Compliance

The Governance, Policies & Training team are looking for a Compliance Office to support the team in enhancing and operationalising SLAs between Group Compliance and internal service recipients. The role will be pivotal in maintaining sound governance arrangements in an area of heightened visibility and focus (both within the Group and from regulators). You will be reporting to Senior Governance Delivery Manager and support with day-to-day task.

As Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for:

Manage the drafting and approval process for all SLAs between Group Compliance, subsidiaries and branches
Initiate and manage the review cycle for all GC SLAs in line with the annual review schedule
