You will be responsible for the continued development of our technical competences as well as securing optimum utilization of resources and ways of working.The department has many interfaces to other parts of the organization and it is vital that you can leadthe department in order to support the continued growth ofthe entire company.

As System Engineering Manager you need to fillfour different roles; The Manager, The Leader, The Coach and The System Engineeringexpert. As Manager, your responsibility is to plan and organize the systemand supportengineeringwork.

You will be responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are transformed into customer solutions utilizing competences efficiently supported by well-known processes and ways of working.
