Operations & Maintenance Manager Danish Kriegers Flak

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Offshore O&M Delivery team within BA Wind. The role will involve managing a team of Service Leaders, technicians and logistics coordinators.

The Operations & Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the maintenance of all assets on the site and decide the timing of maintenance. The candidate will along with the onsite team plan both the daily and long term maintenance. The team shall plan and organise all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work, take the operative responsibility of the assets and will also control the permits to work on site.

The Operations and Maintenance Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing the operational and technical performance of the Operating Offshore Windfarm;
• Managing the local site O&M, Service Leaders, Technicians and any other associated personnel
