As our store manager, you are responsible for daily store management and overall revenue growth. You are likewise the one to make sure that the store always represents the very best of the Bang & Olufsen brand through excellent in-store presence and brand visibility. To achieve this, you:

Motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales budgets and give customers the best experience
Regularly follow up on and communicate performance and KPIs to the team
Ensure that visual merchandising standards as well as standards for cleanliness, staff appearance, etc. are met
