We need an Agile Coach with experience with continuous integration/delivery to support us on the journey towards delivering business value faster without compromising quality.
Our team consists of three agile coaches, whose primary responsibility is to support our product teams to succeed. To that end, we cooperate closely with our communities of Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and we are in continuous dialogue with the entire organisation to identify opportunities to add value.
Our responsibilities include:
- Setting the roadmap for transforming the IT department to being agile – from idea to production
- Supporting the implementation of CD/CI, DevOps and other agile practises, including doing face-to-face training sessions with teams
- Coaching and mentoring teams and leaders on agile processes/methodology/mindset
