This role makes recommendations for service and product repair as well as strategy and develops processes that are defined through customer needs.

This means you will be Repair Program owner for NCE region and your success will be measured in your capabilities to interact with the SBU, understand the issues and solve them, gather key stakeholders around your aiming at the target - optimum utilization of repaired components. The role interfaces regularly with internal stakeholders, repair shops as well as external suppliers and proactively drives solutions to ensure risks of component products are mitigated and customer needs are supported.
