In order to strengthen and further develop the organization around innovation and product development we are looking for a Design Manager to a newly created position.

The Design Manager will contribute to establish a strong and successful design management team, where you will work on a strategic management level.

The main responsibilities and tasks are to:

  • Take lead for the design professionalism and in building up a creative environment around the development team in DesignMaster. (Daily sparring, coaching and knowledge sharing with the design team, who are reporting to the Business Manager.)
  • Together with the Creative Director and the Business Manager you will set the direction of the global design and product strategy for Gabriel.
