Are you a passioned, experienced and gifted HR Generalist? And do you thrive on providing value-adding business results through HR Business Support, HR and Partnering and in an advanced production environment with a lot of highly experienced hourly and salaried employees in Electronics and Aerostructures Manufacturing, SCM and Quality?

Your job will consist of a combination of HR Business Support, HR Partnering and HR project related tasks. You will be working from Lystrup, but with some working days in Grenaa as well.

Your primary areas of responsibility are:

HR Business Support activities with various HR administrative tasks such as posting of job adverts, arranging interviews and tests, handling contracts and addendums, etc.
HR Business Partnering for selected mid-level Managers and departments in Terma Operations covering all HR people pipeline activities
