Swedish-speaking Customer Care and Operations Agent
As a Customer Care Agent at Miinto you will be making a difference for our customers every day – both our end users and our partners will be needing your help. Our ambition is to make our customers’ day as easy as possible. Is this what you love?
The full-time position is in our centrally located office in Copenhagen. The role is critical to support our market in Sweden and sometimes support other markets in English. These are the primary tasks:
- Customer service B2B/B2C through all Miinto's support channels
- Upsell to B2B customers
- Operational tasks
