The Job As our Senior IT Retail Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and development of the Retail solutions in Flying Tiger Copenhagen. You will be converting high-level user requirements into deliverable design specifications and assist in task estimates and project scoping. The role is anchored in IT, but you will work closely with the business and across our partnerships.

Your primary focus will be on the delivery, roll out and development of the OneRetail solutions and services required to support our AX partnership. This includes the handover to the IT Operations team after project mode.

More specifically you will be responsible for:

Designing and improving the Retail processes as directed
Support in designing, building, configuration, testing and deployment of the Core Retail Model in AX
Minimizing any disruption to the business as a result of problems in the AX solution
