Are you an experienced HR Business Partner dedicated to challenging, supporting and developing BESTSELLER Logistics in relation to strategic organisational development, leadership and talent development, PEOPLE processes and much more?

If you can say YES to the above and can drive and ensure the strategic development of the PEOPLE agenda, then you might be the new colleague we are looking for.

As Senior PEOPLE Business Partner, you will take responsibility for the development of PEOPLE at BESTSELLER Logistics and ensure that the PEOPLE tasks and goals are met. With a point of departure in your extensive experience with core HR disciplines - such as development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and recruitment - you will support the business by developing strong teams, skilled leaders and a high-performance culture.
