Are you up for the challenge of developing BESTSELLER in the area of compensation & benefits – in both a Danish and global perspective? Do you thrive in a role with leadership and functional responsibility?
Reporting directly to the PEOPLE Director, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our C&B function in relation to the Danish organisation as well as being the driving force behind a more global approach with common processes where ever possible.
One of the more complex projects you will be participating in is the implementation of a global HR-system. We are in the early stages of selecting the right system and you will play a key role in achieving the best possible set-up, transfer of current information and implementation internationally.
