We are looking for a tech-savvy coordinator to join our central Customer Club team in Brande, while our colleague is on maternity leave.

As a part of the Customer Club Team, you play an important role in supporting and advising our brands on their newsletters as well as customer club activities online and in our stores. You will support our brands in using our email platform, from setting up campaigns and building newsletter templates to maintaining and updating permissions as well as launching new initiatives.

Your responsibilities

  • Build and update email templates and email flows for all brands
  • Train and support users in our email platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Maintain and grow our permission database
