Administrative Sales Coordinator
Do you see yourself in an administrative position? And do you want to be a part of a sharp and dedicated sales team in a strong, international fashion brand?
You will be part of a dynamic team in SELECTED FEMME’s sales department, where you become a central person in many ways. You will first and foremost assist the Sales Responsibles, Sales Representatives and customers in a fast-moving and dynamic everyday life. You handle administrative and sales related tasks across the department, ensuring that they are solved optimally and effectively. This includes following up on deliveries, handling orders as well as ensuring that both the sales organisation and customers receive all the necessary information.
Your tasks will among others include:
- Coordination between the main office and the sales teams in the countries
- Developing and following up on sales lists and order processing
- Helping to place the correct orders in our sales system
