Baltic Merchants Sales and Service Manager

We are looking for a manager to lead our Baltic Sales & Service team supporting merchants in the Baltic countries. The team is placed in Ballerup and consists of six employees delivering end to end service to merchants in Lithuainia, Estonia and Latvia. The team is also responsible for converting leads from Baltic partners into new customers and increase x-sales.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Ensure best-in-industry performance within customer services and create a motivated high performing team
  • Secure right staffing and capability in the team (recruitment and competence development)
  • Provide the highest quality of sales and service that is efficient, effective and which is delivered in a friendly and professional manner
