The position is in the Transformation & Business Excellence team in Financial & Network Services (FNS). The role requires balancing strategic direction, business excellence execution and M&A across the entire FNS business and Nets in cooperation with the FNS Leadership Team.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

Together with the SVP of Transformation & Business Excellence and the FNS Leadership team, design, execute, communicate and create ownership of the FNS strategy and transformation agenda
Continuously iterate and track (KPIs, milestones, etc.) key indicators of business performance to deliver strategic and financial ambition
