You join the Talent and Leadership Development team within Corporate HR. Here, you work closely with experienced HR specialist and business partners and leaders, who enjoy a fun, yet challenging work environment, where everyone focuses on making life easier for people with intimate healthcare issues.

We are looking for a student assistant to:

Support our global leadership and onboarding programs, strategic projects by creating training materials, coordinating events, tracking performance etc.
Build reports based on HR data & Analytics
Develop and update leadership content on Coloplast.com and LinkedIn
