Transformation Manager to drive transformation of Transaction Banking for Concept Development & Insight, C&I
Do you have strong consultancy, implementation, and analytical skills? Are you action-oriented and to-the-point with a strategic mindset? Do you want to be a part of the fast moving area Transaction Banking & Investor Services (TxB & IS) where you can work with developing the business model preparing us for the future?
The job provides a unique opportunity to take a big responsibility in executing our strategy. You will often be part of the entire change life cycle from initiative scoping to change and implementation. As a Transformation Manager, we expect you to drive key initiatives in the TB & IS strategy.
Example of tasks includes:
- Project, stakeholder and change management
- Process, sales excellence and service model design
- Customer solutions and tools design
