• You are a process professional who can present 3-5 years track record of completed successful change projects where process transformation was one of the key methods in many of these projects
• You are interested in the latest process trends, exploring the latest approaches and developing concepts
• You possess professional expertise within one or more of these areas: end-to-end transformation, process simplification, optimisation & harmonisation, consolidation & migration, out-sourcing, service design and behavioral design
