In order for us to succeed, we need new colleagues that can help us understand how we create value for our customers, which of our proactive dialogues that contributes to our financial targets and improves the customer experience and most importantly, you must be highly motivated by driving the agenda of increasing the relevance towards our customers.

This will require both an agile development and prototyping of performance reports based on our commercial agenda, but also close collaboration with our Centre of Excellences on bigger development projects.
