Senior Change Management Consultant to work with CRM, Group IT

You will help us transform our approach to CRM to bring value for users and customers, with a co-responsibility for designing and driving the implementation of frontline activities and ensure simple communication.
Your role will involve:
- Engage with local change and implementation teams to support the behavioural change required from CRM related processes, activities and functionality
- Develop implementation plans and training materials - consider how we make a difference for customers and CRM users?
