Can you take MHI Vestas Offshore Wind’s training and development to the next level while securing the established governance setup? Do you want to apply your skills in a company working to ensure a sustainable future energy supply?

You will head a small highly competent training and development team, dedicated to support and add value to our business across our sites in Denmark, Sweden, UK, Germany, Benelux and future markets. The main responsibility is to ensure safety, quality and alignment in all training and development initiatives. The following tasks and responsibilities are key:

• Leadership and development of staff
• Driving key strategic T&D projects
• Implementation and operation of Learning Content Management System (LCMS)
