Can you take responsibility in an agile transformation, coach leaders and highly competent teams, and help us to adapt a brand new concept in Global Private Banking? Then you might be the profile we are looking for.

We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach who will be responsible for development and adoption of Agile methodologies within the organisation and be a part of transforming the way we work.

More specifically, your role will include:

Coaching and mentoring our speedboats (SCRUM teams) - to become successful
Assist Product Owners in defining and navigating their mission and MVPs
Continuously support the speedboats in their work to achieve the desired impact and benefits of the agile way of working.
