Do you want to help us create the bank of the future for the customers? We in Danske Bank are looking for an innovative and result-oriented Area Lead for our new Copenhagen-based entity. Is that you?

As our new Area lead, you will head the digital initiative and be the essential link between business executives and supporting counterparts, such as IT, Credit and Risk. You will be responsible for leading a digital area consisting of 2-4 squads that design, build and deploy digital customer solutions.

Next to being the HR lead for the area you will be overall responsible for analysing and challenging business needs and requirements; aligning the business needs with the IT -, risk and credit capabilities; business-IT translation; defining solution scope and requirements; designing the customer journey; and planning and execution of review and test activities among others.
