Technical Sales Supporter
Do you provide great customer service? Would you like to be part of a modern and motivated organisation? Would you like to contribute to the continuous improvement of our Sales Support activities for boiler repair? Then you might be the candidate we are looking for.
You will work with customer support in general as part of a highly motivated and energetic team.
Your main tasks will be:
- Project orientated sales preparation for e.g. boiler repairs, condenser repairs, waste heat recovery systems or replacement boiler systems
- Using your technical knowledge and expertise to assist our Sales Companies and external customers to identify their needs
- Prepare quotations and solutions for the customers
- Technical support to customer issues
