Are you passionate about leading and inspiring people? Do you have experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing and a strong quality mind set? If so, you may be the person we are looking for to head up our department.

You will be responsible for managing a department consisting of 11 highly skilled employees. The department is responsible for handling product complaints and suspected counterfeit products for insulins, biopharm products and durable injection devices from all over the world. You must ensure the high number of received customer complaints is investigated fast and in high quality. The Manager will also be responsible for supporting our complaint handling unit in India. There is a close collaboration with production and the affiliates around the world.
