Construction, operation and development of Danish Crown’s first plant in China

Danish Crown Pork, which will be in charge of the plant, is therefore looking for a competent and ambitious Plant Director who, in the first phase of the job, will be part of the project group dealing with the construction work and subsequently be in charge of the operation and development of the plant.

You will have the overall responsibility for a state of the art plant with a total annual tonnage of approx. 13,000 tonnes of pork. You must be able to handle a production with great flexibility and with it a wide product range that includes sausages and bacon, as well as slow cooked, sliced and minced pork.

You will have full budget responsibility for the plant and will be responsible for all functional areas, as well as customer visits, audits and dealing with the authorities.
