Are you ready to lead a motivated and qualified group of more than 70 highly skilled R&D specialists? Would you like to be involved in setting the direction and strategy of Interacoustics?

As our new Director, R&D, you will be responsible for leading the entire Interacoustics R&D function in Denmark and Poland. You will furthermore be heading the coordination of R&D activities with our sister companies. You must have solid experience with software and be able to run a structured R&D process and – at the same time be aware that thinking out of the box is required in order to succeed in this role.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Engage, lead and develop the R&D team in Middelfart and Poland to ensure that the team achieves the agreed goals
• Lead the platform development of both hardware and software for Diagnostic Instruments
• Coordinate the R&D function across brands in the Diagnostic Instruments division
