Technical Account Manager

As Technical Account Manager, you will be the single point of contact for selected strategic accounts in terms of offer, order and delivery of known and new Hardware Solutions, and the one who secures that offers, purposed and delivered Hardware solutions, live up to what is expected by the customer with the lowest possible time spend, the highest possible margin and to the customer's complete satisfaction.

You will be responsible to manage internal and external stakeholders with high level of authority and trustworthiness and with a strong commercial understanding of both SCADA International’s and the customer’s interests.

In the daily work, you will receive and process customer request for offers and prepare tenders and offers in close cooperation with our Engineering & Design and the customer responsible Key Account Manager for New Sales if needed.
