We are looking for another World Class Player for our Nordic Retention Team. We handle all customers who calls us to terminate their agreements with Nets/Teller on Payment Terminals, International Acqurirer Agreements and Dankort.
Key reponsibilities and tasks
- Customer retention
- Answering calls from customers who wishes to terminate their agreement with NETS/TELLER
- Expanding the existing accounts
- Contacting existing customers
- Building customer relations
