As our new colleague you will be part of one of our 3 teams – Team EUROPE 2, which is responsible for order handling to the UK/ Ireland, the Benelux, Nordic countries, and the Baltic States.
Your tasks will be related to order handling - and key areas of responsibilities are:
- Management of sales orders, samples, invoicing documents (debit & credit notes) and return orders
- Registration of customer requirements
- Management/registration of global complaints
