Working across borders and functions, you’ll equip our local recruitment teams with the tools, systems, and processes needed to attract, engage, and hire the best retail talent – including optometrists, audiologists, retailers, and store partners.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead and deliver regional TA programs to support long-term workforce planning
Own and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform
