Do you want to work in an international environment with cross functional teams, creating highly integrated, physical products? And do you have a passion for driving and coaching them to improve?
Your responsibility will be driving cross-functional development teams. You will do so by guiding them to improve ways of working to maximize value. You will be in a multi-team setup cross team disciplines like dependency management and impediments handling beyond your own teams are very important to excel in.
